It is a Bell&Howell 1620
The dial that says still, forward, reverse, and rewind is working properly unless I try to go to reverse, I was just finishing up a movie I was watching and when I try to rewind it by turning it all the way to the left it can’t even get to reverse and click, it’s like there’s a resistance stopping me, it does make a humming noise when I try to do it though
