28F. I have been fighting acne and skin problems since my early 20s. I just focused on healing my barrier and it has been good so far. But what I realized is changing shampoo or hair products gave me hairline acne and some extra around the forehead. What shampoo would be good to treat dandruff patches without triggering acne?
I used parachute ko anti dandruff and my skin has gone crazy.
