Hi everyone, I am looking for a CRM software that can help my program track visits, calls, notes, and follow up activities. Email marketing not necessarily needed, but would be great if it could be integrated with Outlook. We are not in sales but are trying to find a solution to keep data more precise when speaking and visiting with members. Would love to be able to pull data to see how many visits we have done MTD or YTD, etc. Would also like the capability to pull reports to see who hasn't been visited in the calendar year, or last two years, etc.

MUST HAVE A USER-FRIENDLY APP as we travel frequently across the state and are not always at our desktops.
