Why doesn’t head splitter work in skill builder. I’m trying to do the move leading into a “I had no idea,” but the counter part doesn’t even work.

And I can’t figure out how to make it not do an insta kill either.

I need help

I genuinely feel like I have an iq of 3 or smth because I can’t find build mode/skill builder. I’m trying to create my first custom moveset but I can’t find it. Can someone help me 😭
