These things are truly massive, somewhere around 230 pages. You can see whoever the previous owner was cut out some pictures for information. Not sure what it was or why exactly they cut it out. These are just some of the pages that stood out the most to me. Check out the little baseball players that kinda look like Nintendo Miis. Sega Miis how Nintendon't lol.

I've been using iFixit since the late 2000s, have at least 4 driver sets, ordered many parts and other tools, recommended them to there people, contributed both guides and answers, and supported their Right to Repair efforts. When my iPod classic was ready for it's 2nd replacement battery, I knew there was nowhere else I would order from first—even though I can get it cheaper from my wholesale parts supplier. However, when I realized there may be an issue with shipping, I was forced to use a really terrible support questionnaire, one that's main purpose appears to suggest they just want you to go away. It asked me for all my information, stuff it should have already known, because I was already signed into my account. Information that I couldn't even use my browser's autofill for, likely because they're using some weird custom web code. After all of that, there's not even an option to describe my problem in any specific detail. Now I get to watch for a support ticket that I'm betting will asked me to repeat information from the form, and hopefully allow me to finally describe my problem.
I really hate it when companies take shortcuts to their support system to reduce costs. Given how their shipping from TN to NJ is quoted at up to 12 business days, and how I can get something from another supplier in VA in 1-2 days (both shipping times using the cheapest shipping option), and how I can easily talk to my other suppliers' support right away (even if English isn't their first language), I can't say I can trust iFixit again for a repair part, especially if it was one I was getting paid to repair in a reasonable time. It's a real shame.
My mother-in-law gaves my daughter Japanese stuff when she it at thrift stores and yard sales. I was just helping her clean her room and I for d 2 of these. I’ve had my Sega Saturn since 1998. Pretty cool coincidence.
(FYI: this is partial AI, partial Photoshop. 100% funny. Please don’t remove it).
