Basically, 3 years ago I went from 110kg down to 80kg in just 4 months. I was doing a lot of prolonged fasting and tons of cardio and I was so happy with how I looked.
Now I’ve put most of it back on and I'm at 104kg. I’ve been hitting the gym and lifting for 2 months now, but I’ve barely lost 3kg. It’s too slow and it’s stressing me out mentally.
My main issue is I can’t control my calories. Some days I’m hitting 3.5k- 4k because the hunger before bed is just too much.
Is Ozempic the right move here just to get the appetite under control? Or is it for different cases? My doctors here are pretty chill and will basically let me try whatever, so I’m looking for real opinions from people who have been here.
