I’ve received a provisional offer for an AO position with the HO.

I’m currently going through PECs for HO role. I’m a British national but I travelled abroad for work for way. I return in Aug 2023 so I’m 3 months shy of 3 yrs of being back in the UK. The year I was away I maintained my tenancy and rent in the UK. Is this going to be an issue? Would appreciate if anyone can help?
