[Canon Pixma iP2702 - 2nd Image] Ink skipping lines?

This printer is OLD. It still turns on and still prints with no problem as far as responding to a print job. However, when I print, the first image is what it looks like. I'm not an expert by any means, so a quick internet search advised cleaning the printhead. This printer apparently doesn't have a removable printhead and according to online guides, if you replace the cartridges you replace the printhead as well. I cleaned the cartridges with a dust-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol as instructed, but it still printed the same way. Did I clean it incorrectly or am I troubleshooting the wrong thing?

UPDATE: Nevermind yall it’s on my hand too 😭

Almost our entire class is out with HFM. I know what it looks like on them, but what would it look like on me as an adult caregiver?

I only ask because I have some blisters on my feet, but only my feet! I DID put my sneakers on without socks over the weekend for a quick grocery store run, so I’m really not sure if they’re normal friction blisters from my dumb decision to go sock-less or the blisters that come with HFM.

Should I be worried if it’s only on my feet?
