Spring cakes
Two recent birthday cakes that I recently made with the same flavours but decorated differently :)
Olive oil chiffon, forced rhubarb jam, blood orange curd, mascarpone mousse and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream
Never tried forced rhubarb before but I truly think that it was the star of this cake! It tastes sweeter and brighter than the usual rhubarb that we get in the summertime
