I have a home gym with cables and a lat bar but it maxes out at 100lbs which isn’t enough for me (not tryna do 4x12🥀) but i cant really feel pull ups in my back that well and they put a lot of strain on my shoulders bc I weigh a lot (6’3”, 200lbs) any advice on how to target lats in optimal rep range?
