Is it possible to walk in to a clinic and get a dr notes for MENTAL HEALTH reasons for 2-4 weeks to be exempt from work? If not HOW can I get a dr note? I’m in between changing medication as well. I don’t want to lose the job but I can’t go on a leave without a note.

My grad is in June. Is it too late to get them taken? How does it work? Where do I go? How do I take some at least for myself if it’s too late for the composite thingy?
