Hi! I'm a new grad student at the UofA this year and have received an email indicating that I should be able to access the schedule builder and enrolment info on bear tracks. However, when I log in it says that there are no terms available to me at this time and that I have no access to enrolment. I have been hoping that this would update but it still hasn't and the email says my enrolment date is Wednesday - any ideas on who/where to reach out to get this resolved? Thank you!
