Hi everyone as the title says, I started hypertrophy focused and stepped foot in the gym for the first time around 6 months ago and have been consistent since but I have questions about my progress.
I always struggled with eating and being skinny, my weight since starting and over these months had stayed around 56.3KG and 56.6Kg even though I am trying to eat more.
For reference I do Push, Pull, Legs, 20 years old, Male, 5'8, 3 Sets of Rep ranges around 8-12 in all exercises. (Only exceptions are wrist curls and calves where the rep ranges are much higher)
6 months progress since starting:

Assisted Pull Ups |- 40 |- 30 Is this good or bad progress? Am I supposed to see a big size change? As that's where my main problem lies, I don't see or realise the size changes and need some strangers opinions on progress and size changes if any so far. ,my weight has stayed stagnant and averaging around 122g - 144g of protein each day.
Note: Abs are flexed and included to help with estimating Body Fat Percentage for my height and weight. Digital Scale estimates it to be 14%.
