did you feel jaw tightness?

hi! i recently dissolved some of my lip border with 0.25ml of dissolver. this was about three days ago. my face doesn’t look any different but at night sometimes i feel tightness in my jaw area. i am unsure if this is due to the dissolver or just due to stress/anxiety. did anyone have this feeling and did their skin “melt”?
