What team to choose for a fully tatted save

I'm about to start a save with all of my players fully tatted up. What team would you all choose? Preferably in a league with a lot of real stadiums. And any recs of players that have a ton of tattoos or just look really cool let me know!

Unlocking Player Career Traits

Have a question regarding traits. If you get to a certain percentage and unlock that new set of traits do they stay unlocked? Or do you have to stay at 50% or whatever it is to keep them unlocked
