Finally figured out a floor plan that checks all my boxes and fits on the land! The only one that I’m not totally sure of is the Primary bath. I do prefer my closet to be exposed within the bathroom (no mold issues in dry desert & also helps my spouse get ready in one space on his night shifts since I’m a light sleeper) I do want a large walk in shower and a vanity sit down spot, I planned on that under the window in this. Thoughts?
✅2000ish sqft upstairs w/ full basement
✅Mudroom between both entrances(front&garage)
✅Semi-open concept with cased openings
✅Angled 3 car garage per husband’s preference
✅Banquette dining room out of the way (I don’t like having to walk around table to get places.)
✅Laundry room further away from everything because I get annoyed with the noise.
✅Kitchen sink window & Walk in Pantry
✅Utilize good views out front & back, foyer to have large windows to see views from living space.
