To be brief, I have cash usd and need to change it to RM, but I don’t have my passport on me and it’s not coming back soon. Is there anywhere I can exchange the cash with just my old I-kad or a picture of my passport. As I’m in need of money and maybank closed my account with my money inside of it and are saying they can’t open it without a visa and my passport.
