I requested recommendation letter from my current supervisor about a month ago and he still hasn’t submitted it. I followed up with a text and he didn’t reply. I am not going to work until next week and the deadline is next week. It’s so frustrating. I hate relying on people to give me recommendations. How are you guys dealing with it? And I need different recommendations for all different schools that I apply. The process is just so annoying.

I am thinking to apply to crna schools with 1 yr of icu experience. Can you please suggest any schools near New York that have higher chances of accepting student with just 1 yr experience. I am open to 3- 4 hours of commute from nyc. I have a family in nyc so don’t want to move to far states.
