Our daughter’s coach somehow got the district to allow him to put 98% of our travel ball team together onto one rec ball team. Our daughter and two other girls are not included on this rec team because they missed the age cutoff since it differs from travel. The issue is now he has stopped practicing our travel team together, which means our daughter and the others are getting left out, and are now struggling at tournaments because of that. He has thrown together a one day a week practice the last two weeks for the girls who are not on the rec team, but only 5/6/7 girls show up and the rest of the team is missing. Their rec team is going around crushing all the local rec leagues around us, so they’re riding that high and feeling great about it, meanwhile we are getting obliterated at travel tournaments that we are paying money to be in. What do you even do in this situation?
