Can anyone ID this bee in northern nsw aus

Suddenly seen a whole bunch around my basil plant today. Thinking it could be native stingless?

I have been fortunate enough to have a blue banded bee hanging around aswell :)

Bonus points, if it is a native stingless variety, is it possible to transfer the hive into a box if I locate the hive or would that be too disruptive ?
