I am hoping to get some clarification on the situation I am currently in. I am a TN holder getting married in a few months to a US citizen. For context i have been a TN holder for 9 months now.

I am hoping to start my green card filing a few months after i get married due to travel plans and needing to cross back and forth from the border until i am settled. Is this a bad idea, should i not do this, can i do this, what issues may i face?

I'd appreciate any input or anyone who's in/ been in a similar situation.
