I have a 9070xt a ryzen 5 9500f and 32gbs of ram. Memory ain't get over 50 percent even when multitasking. I average around 400 fps on 1440p with medium settings but my game will stutter SO bad maybe twice a round, it's only for a second but when it happens in a gunfight it's an automatic loss. Heard it's a big, tried reinstalling the game, didn't fix. Stutters still at 1080p

Idk what to do, it's only in CS
