Not entirely sure if this will make sense so I’ll try to be as clear as possible!

But I filed my 821-D and my 765 on January 21, 2026 and Bio scheduled not too long after in early February. After I did those I was sent the regular notice that USCIS was processing my renewal request.

Up until this point it all seemed normal, but this morning I got an email saying USCIS took an action on my case. Obviously being out of work for quite a while now so I was really hoping it was an approval, but it turned out that they sent me a second notice saying they’re still processing my case. I’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else or if this is normal, I’ve renewed my DACA 3/4 times and this is the first time i’ve seen something like that!

Was hoping someone could answer saying if this has happened to them and if their case got approved shortly after, or if this is just normal procedure.
