Hey guys, really stumped with this one. When I press the power button, everything turns on (lights/rgb/fans) but i don't make it to BIOs. The DRAM and CPU indicator lights are red. I've tried shorting CMOS, adjusting ram sticks, and setting the CPU again. Any ideas about what i could be missing?

Also if one of the parts is broken, do you think its the MB or the CPU?
