Apologies if this is a frequently asked question. My undergraduate career was fairly underwhelming in terms of personal accomplishments. My GPA is there in the title, I have no internship experience, little relevant work experience in the field of social work, and only have a psychology major (no minors, no double-majors).

My personal aspirations are to enroll in an online MSW program. Are there schools with less competitive pools? What can I do to improve my value as an applicant (e.g. are there jobs I can pursue that will help me get new references/relevant work experience)?
