So, this is me feeling a bit...confused.

Recently got hold on a 3DS and Animal Crossing New Leaf with it (yes, kinda feels like I struck gold here 😃) but...Feels a bit frustrated as I have heard we are supposed to be able to craft in New Leaf, and have gotten hold on a few tools (Am still missing the watercan and wetsuit)...but, how the h* do I craft in it? Am on my soon third upgrade of the house, and have gone to Tortimer's island but still - not managed to find out how to craft? Is it even plausible on the 3DS? Or am I missing something that I have yet to do to unlock it? (Have googled, but am feeling confused enough to ask here 😃 )
