The yellowing and spots started appearing at the start of the year, I treated the leaves with Potassium Soap, Neem Oil and a little bit of Isopropyl Alcohol for like a week but it kept spreading, it started on the bottom leaves and its going up

I thought it might be thrips or spider mites, but I haven't seen any webs or adult thrips, so now I think it might be a fungal infection or something (But Im not sure since I've only dealt with spidermites and scale with my other plants)

She gets bright indirect light and I water when the soil its fully dry

All help is appreciated I rlly dont want to have to cut all the leaves ;;
