Hi! My partner and I works in the same AU IT company. He's a bookeeper and earns $800 aud/month. I'm a purchasing assistant and earn $1000 aud/month. We both work 40 hrs/week.

Planning to ask for salary increase as we're both 1 yr in the company.

Are we underpaid? How much increase should we ask? The company is Chinese owned and just 4 years in business.

We also saw the onsite co workers salary and they earn around $3000-$10000 per month so we're wondering if this is enough.
