I applied for City Union Bank CSK/ SRH credit card. Got a rejection message. Asked for reasons. After multiple emails, they said age criteria not met which was 21, but I was 20 by then. Just 2 days before their reply I filed RBI complaint and after their reason I withdraw my complaint.
Then I looked for eligibility criteria in their website, which showed 18 years for primary cardholder. Emailed them the same, received a call from their manager and he said it was a mistake from the bank.
Should I demand compensation here?
