Hey guys, sharing some advice for all of us who need to build strength during this time.

Here are some tips for those who are experiencing the aftermath effects of targeted influence and are seeking growth and relief simultaneously.

- Get a surplus of vitamins and supplements that boost mental strength and support (some of my favorites are OMEGA-3, Vitamin E for increased circulation, Magnesium at nighttime, and just started Gingko Biloba so I will see how that works.) Vitamin A for eye health, our bodies do not produce it naturally. And it helps with screen use. Boost your immune health with a combination of Zinc and C. Vitamins B1 and B6 are essential for nervous system regulation. I saw effects just a few days after taking with consistency. Alternate them every few hours and see which ones pair better together for enhanced effect.

- Implementing consistent SAUNA use, can't recommend this enough. It is my saving grace at the moment. Got a portable steam tent on sale from the brand LivUp for $25 at Walmart which is unusually low. You will feel a mental clarity like never before, similar to running a marathon. If you experience neurodivergence, it helps with this as well. Look up the benefits of sauna use, there are so many resources online and on Youtube, Spotify regarding how excellent it is for our health, body and mind.

- The element of NATURE, being in it, around it, engaging with it. I like to sit in the yard and practice grouding techniques for at least 15-30min/day, which really helps detox the body from the inside out. Benefits of earthing/grounding are numerous. Sound playlists during the day a rain sound machine help me sleep calmly at night.

- Sensory games or toys, I use them when I feel stressed, anxious, tense, or distracted. They take the edge off, if you have experienced trichillomania or intense need for BFRB, hair-pulling, nail biting, skin picking, etc. you need one of these.

- Calm, relaxing, ambient music. Goes in line with the playlist but it is just healing music, can be mainstream but needs to have a good effect on the body. Some songs will just make you feel worse, agitated or depressed. Music and words have so much hidden meaning behind them, if we focus on what we listen to, it will directly influence everything else. Surround yourself with it when you feel overwhelmed. Goes in line with people in general.
