I have tried ranking redbull flavors in the apart but I feel like I can’t do a great tier list without comparing flavors side by side, so I’m going to get 2 cans maybe once in a week or two and truly figure out which is better in my opinion. The first round is some of the recent seasonals Fuji Apple and Sudachi Lime.
SUMMER EDITION - SUDACHI LIME
This can marks the 4th time I’ve had this drink since it came to my stores exactly a week ago. I was originally underwhelmed by this as people really hyped it as a sprite edition. However I don’t really get that from this drink, it is a good sweet and sour drink but I’m not the biggest fan of this citrus flavor profile. I say this as a big fan of lemon lime drinks, literally the only soda I really drink is sprite.
WINTER EDITION - FUJI APPLE & GINGER
If this was a can design competition here is our winner as the only gradient, hopefully they add more moving on. Honestly though, I think redbull did a great job with this flavor, it tastes exactly like I would expect apple and ginger to be. However, that being said I don’t love it, it’s just decent. I think this flavor is very great for people who love this flavor combination.
FINAL DECISION
I will take Sudachi Lime over Apple & Ginger. Although Lime didn’t meet my initial expectations, it’s still decent enough where I appreciate the taste more than the latter.
