Advice w/ September Japan Visit

Hello everyone, my wife & I have a 10 night trip to Japan planned for early September. This will be our 2nd trip to Japan in 3 years. We have 270k Hyatt points to burn through.

We have stayed at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo (loved it) and the Hyatt Centric Ginza (great location, Ok-ish hotel). We're slow travelers and don't pack our days with too much itinerary. We generally have a rule of staying at least 4 night when visiting a city.

What are your thoughts on 3 night stay at the Park Hyatt Tokyo, then 3 nights at the Andaz Tokyo?

Are we making a mistake by changing hotels? Should we just stick to one location for 5-6 nights?

Our final 4 nights will be spent in Osaka, likely at the Conrad or Waldorf Astoria (booked with Amex FHR benefits) unless you fine folks have a better suggestion for us. We stayed in Kyoto on our last trip and felt it's a bit overrated as home base.

Thank you for reviewing and for any input.
