My girlfriend planted some sunflowers in some small pots on our windowsill a couple of weeks ago. They were doing fine on the (mostly) sunny windowsill. Last week we moved them into bigger pots and put them outside (basically the other side of the same window).

Pretty much straight away they started going black around the edges and shriveling up, some leaves covered in brown spots and the lower smaller leaves are yellow and dead. They have plenty of water, fed once a week and have plenty of sunlight during the day.

Google says this is likely fungus, are these even salvageable now?
