Is this a good build:

15 Body, 15 Reflexes, 20 tech ability, 16 intelligence and 15 cool?

My previous builds I never had Cool or reflexes really, wanted to try them out this time whilst still getting the other stuff.

I don’t really quick hack much, but on my previous build I went 20 intelligence, and didn’t really need it. Is 16 enough for skill checks and access ports?
