Flight just canceled due to engine failure. There putting us up in hotel for the night. No idea on next flight. Everything appears booked next few days. They said to await email. I booked business with points. Going to mess up my whole trip. What can I ask for reimbursement and how? Unfortunately I didn’t get travel insurance and going to miss some tours which are probably non refundable. Lesson learned :/
