Help out with research please

I'm tired fighting ai, and getting crap. I'm new to statistics and apologize in advance. Long story short.

5 sets with 9 measurements, total 45. Each measurement gives Fv coefficient that decreases while temperature and time of exposure increases. We just cook leaves 🍃 In the oven and compare thir performance.

10 minutes 30 celcius. 0,8 Fv

30 minutes 30 Celsius. 0,7 Fv

60 min 30 Celsius. 0,65 Fv

10 minutes 35 Celsius. 0,8 Fv

And up to 60 min 50 Celsius. 0,4 Fv.

Ai says use Kruskal Wallis.

Friend said use Correlation.

I think it regression.

I'm trying to do in exel, and having a hard time filling in the time periods. Like I'm putting 10, 30, 60, 10, 30, 60, and it just gives crap, or im stupid.
