How do I manage to get that thing out of her nostril??

She ate and probably something entered her nostril, somehow. Usually she sneezes after she licks her plastic swing, she does that almost daily, links, rubs her cerumen and sneezed. She's 2.5 years old. Should I try putting a steam pot near her or just try to wash her in her washing container?
