Hello!

So - exactly what the title says.

I recently took a flight with Turkish Airlines on Economy (U) class. I have tried to redeem the miles that I was suposed to get from that flight as I am a Miles and More Member. However, the system refuses to credit them and displays the following error: Class not eligible for credit.

Now, I am aware that ceartain classes cannot be redemed. However, to my understanding the U class should be.

Can anyone offer advice? I would make Frequent Flyer Status with these flights.
