Low-cost low volume PCB Assembly for US?
Been using JLCPCB since 2024 and very happy with the quality and pricing, but with ~60%+ tariffs (update/correction - I have confirmed JLC is now adding only 35%) and shipping prices having gone up in 2026 I wonder if there is anyone else remotely close to JLC's pricing for delivery to the US? I can get 30 fully assembled 2"x2" boards each with over 100 components from JLC for under $300 with all tariffs, shipping and tax. Some US places I have checked want to charge over $300 for ONE assembled board and can't even find some of the parts. (That's the other great thing about JLC is LCSC's inventory and JLC's website that makes it very easy to place orders and order parts in real time.) I would think there ought to be some other company somewhere outside of China that can offer similar pricing and inventory as JLC. Even if their pricing was 50% higher it would still be better than paying China-US tariffs.
