Concrete guys poured slab last Wednesday. In a basement, 99% of the ~500sqft slab has any issues besides cosmetic. But these are not drying or going away. What are they? How do you fix them?

Bought this bike at a swap, originally a SE bike fixie. Flipped the flip flop and added rim brakes but am I dumb? Are these wheels rim brake compatible? I can’t find anything about them anywhere so I can’t confirm if they are.
