How do we live in a society with complete lunatics. How is it possible that some people can just be insane and still function.

Better question is why do we feel safe around them?

Everyone's floating around in their own universe they call their head with no direction besides what other lunatics want them to believe which is generally for the purpose of controlling them and not their well being
