Pest identification?

I need help identifying this very tiny pest that’s in my plants’ stratum/perlite soil. For reference this is a 500x magnification scope zoomed in on one piece of stratum. They’ve also been found a tiny bit larger (still almost unseeable to the naked eye) and maybe more yellowish on the plant leaves but no webbing. The plants that have been affected by the pest are inside our ikea cabinet receiving grow light for 14 hours a day, humidity of around 60-80% and 70-80F. The plants in there are alocasias, an anthurium, and a begonia. The alocasias are mostly in a self-watering set up with stratum and perlite with wicks. The begonia and anthurium have a chunky aroid mix with tree fern fiber/coco coir/pumice/perlite. We’ve treated with captain jacks insecticidal soap and horticultural oil a few times now but still seeing them. Any help identifying and best ways to treat the pest would be appreciated!
