RX 6950 XT (MSI GAMING X TRIO) Undervolt + OC
I got my GPU recently as a NewEgg refreshed deal, and I set to work on tuning it. I knew these things performed massively better when undervolted but i didn't know to how far it would or the degree of the undervolt but Ive been quite impressed by it.
I ran Oblivion Remastered and Cyberpunk 2077
Cyberpunk was on 1440p High Preset, FSR 3 Native AA, and RT enabled.
Oblivion Remastered was 1440p High Preset, TAA, I tested HW RT Low, Software RT High.
Cyberpunk averaged about 100 FPS
Oblivion averaged about 60 FPS with HW RT Low, and 80 with SW RT High.
I think with the current GPU market, these cards and their little siblings are in a great spot, mine I payed for 490$ to get this performance, tuning is needed, but it can greatly boost performance of this GPU, as its overvolted out of the box for stability.
I've yet to run into any stability issues so far, but if i do, I'm on such a large undervolt i can just kick it back a little bit.
Also quick note, I'm daily driving Cachy OS however i have windows on another ssd to play rust, and you can from what I've seen tune nearly or exactly like this profile.
