Is anyone else working on a PCORI grant finding that when youre entering the key personnel on that tab in the online form, they dont always show up in the order you enter them?

So we are entering them in the order we want them, and periodically one will randomly appear in the middle of the list instead of last. I had the same problem when I was listing subawards on the budget. Most showed up in the order I entered them but one or two randomly appeared in other places. And there's no easy way to move them.

Just wondering if we're missing something that's causing this headache.
