
I tried making sourdough 10 years ago and it was an epic fail. Trying again and this starter is about 10 days old. How's it doing? Had a false rise that smelled like puke day 2 and then it was dormant for about 5-6 days. Finally seeing rise again. Think I'm ready to try a loaf this weekend in 4-5 days or so?
