I think I dislike the process of drawing so far

Most of these had physical references but not sure if I could also share them. I know I'm being hard on myself as I'm just learning rn, but I'm not sure if I should continue because I don't feel like I'm enjoying this so far. Is it because of my expectations and it does get better, or should I quit if I'm not having fun?

Let me know your thoughts on this and my drawings

As title says, I want to know if this flex cable is damaged. This screen is from a japanese DSi I bought only to use the screens as replacement for the console I already owned. Did I damage it or is this fine to use?

My DSi shells came with some sort of material (one is like a foam, the other one idk) and I'm curious if I can clean the shells with water and soap without taking those off or if I should take them off entirely

As the title says, today I wanted to replace the screens for my dsi and found out that the cable in the picture had some blue stuff so I tried applying some alcohol before attempting to open it. After that, I tried to lift it and turns out the whole socket came out. Can I solder it again as it is or am I screwed?
