Anyone here have JUST GI symptoms? Like bloating, diarrhea/constipation, visceral hypersensitivity, just overall irritable guts.

Trying to see if it's possible I have MCAS to explain my mystery GI issues that I've had for years.

I never had the best digestion but it all went to shit after I got COVID a few years back. Don't really get flushes or anything like that, but my nervous system seems to be really sensitive. Like even minor gut disturbances can mess with my head, and even causes insomnia.

Also potentially have EDS which apparently could be correlated with MCAS, though I'm not sure if that means anything.
