Picked up my Echelon 4.5 back on March for my birthday. At some point I'll swap out the optics for matching FDE, but I'm not dropping $300+ just because I want the colors to match, lol. Although, this Viridian might be going sooner or later.

After starting with the Hellcat Pro (lmao, right?) I absolutely love how the Echelon shoots, and how much quicker i can get back on target. Comparatively to the Hellcat I'd get a Howitzer back on target quicker, lol. I love my HCP tho.

Aside from the posts I've seen recently where the glass came off the optic, I've been feeling relatively good with with mine, until the other day...

I'm at the range, it's been fine for some umm number of magazines, then I break long enough to look at my phone, then get back on it and... where the hell is my dot!?

I know it not me cuz it's co-witnessed to my irons, I pop off a round to "shake" it awake nothing. Drop and clear before banging it on the table and wall, and it's back.

This has happened twice, the second time was while dry firing, I've also noticed it getting dim, then bright again a few times.

Anyone else have this issue?
