I have two three way switches on separate breakers that are wired to each other. They control two exterior lights but only one works. I took apart the one that doesn't work and the wires are getting no power with them being on. The only option I can think of is to replace the Romex going to the fixture. I don't know how it was wired. Is there an easier way to do it?
