Hello all, I am looking to buy my first home, but am trying to figure out who to go through for the loan. I bank with Chase, but I haven’t seen them have competitive rates. I am also looking at Guardian Savings as I’ve seen they have the lowest rates.

I plan to pay the house off quickly. What would be the best lender to go through?
